- Clinical Information
- EMR: EPIC
- 20-30 patients in 8 hour shift (can vary)
- Outpatient: seeing work injured/ill employees and performing a range of employer needed/required physical examinations and self-pay physical examinations; communicating with client companies
- Supporting staff: fully supported by front office staff and back clinical staff including MAs and RNs/LPNs, may also have support from a part-time CRNP/PA
- Requirements
- Board Certified in Occupational Medicine preferred or BC in FM, IM or EM with experience in OM (7-10 years)
- Must have PA license
- FMCSA Commercial Driver Medical Examiner Cert
- Medical Review Officer Cert
- Procedures Required
- suturing; interpreting ECGs, spirometry, audiograms, medical surveillance data
- COVID vaccine status must be provided at time candidate is submitted
- DEA must remain in state to maintain privileges. Provider must be willing transfer and maintain DEA in state for the duration of privileges being active, or obtain a new in state DEA to remain in state for the duration of privileges being active
