Job Description:
Our client is looking for an Occupational Medicine Physician in California. This is a permanent, full-time position. Scheduling is Monday through Friday with 8 hour shifts, no call required. The ideal physician is experienced in treating work-related injuries and has a basic understanding of how to successfully diagnose and treat repetitive motion injuries and acute musculoskeletal injuries. Disability management is critical. Candidates should also have the ability or willingness to learn how to suture simple lacerations, treat minor eye injuries, and perform basic corticosteroids. The main goal should be to treat every patient respectfully, while helping them remain as functional as possible at home and work throughout their recovery period. Join a great team and apply today!
Qualifications:
Board Certified in Occupational, Family, Internal, or Emergency Medicine preferred. Valid California medical license.
