- Seeking a board certified or truly board eligible physician
- Must be board certified in family medicine, urgent care, emergency medicine, or occ med
- 3+ years post training experience required
- Outpatient only
- No call
- Must have current occ med experience
- Wellness and prevention programs
- Treatment of on the job injuries/workers comp cases
- Act as the MRO for the clinic’s drug screening program

- Organization Information:
- Annual salary of $223k
- Performance incentives up to 16% of base compensation – whichever is higher
- Up to $50,00 signing bonus
- Relocation bonus - $15,000
- Annual CME allowance - $5,000
- 30 days of PTO annually
