  • Competitive Contract: Base Salary guarantee + Quality incentive bonus
  • Comprehensive Benefits Package:
o Negotiable sign-on bonus o Accrue up to 216 hours of time off o 40 hours of CME (prorated) o CME allowance up to $4,000 per year (prorated) o Health/Dental and Vision Insurance o Long Term Disability Insurance o Basic Life Insurance 1.5% times base salary (capped) o Malpractice Insurance o Ask about Student Loan Assistance o Paid Missouri License, BNDD, DEA, Medical Staff Privileges and board (re) certifications fees/dues o 401K Retirement plan with match

  • Provides detailed documentation of the occupational examination
  • Provide patient care specializing in health issues that arise in the workplace
  • 100% occupational medicine – comprehensive treatment for work-related injuries and illness, physicals: pre-employment and post-injury, ratings, Drug screens, Work comp injury assessment, Fit for Duty evaluations, etc.
  • Walk in service care
  • Flexible workweek, no call, no weekends, no holidays
  • Clinic has large exam and procedure rooms and comprehensive imaging services
  • EMR System – eCW
  • Will sponsor H1 and J1 Visa’s
