This position is an advisory role, they will not see any patients or have any EMR.

The role of the Physician is to advise the Hospital's employees on the proper protocol for handling any COVID related issues that may arise. This will involve discussions with other Physicians as well as Nurses.

They will oversee a team of nurses that manages the COVID HOTLINE for the hospital and the Physician will help answer any questions and advise of how to handle any COVID related situations that arise.

They will work to implement and advise on any new guidelines the CDC comes out with.

This again is only for the employees of the hospital, Monday to Friday 40 hours a week with occasional weekend call.

MUST have Employee Health or Infectious disease experience.

Privileges usually take about 2-3 months.
