We are actively seeking Occupational Medicine/Primary Care coverage in the Tyler, TX area and wanted to see if you would be available to help us.

COVERAGE DATES: As soon as credentialing is complete and on going (full time or part-time)

SCHEDULE: Monday through Friday 8am - 5pm or Part time.

SPECIAL COMMENTS/CLIENT REQUESTS:

· DOT certification - preferred- Can provide training
· Ability to see ages 2 and up – mandatory
· Ability to suture and read x-rays – mandatory
· Ability to see 3-4 patients an hour – mandatory
· Comfort level with an EMR – mandatory
