Details
- ASAP - for at least 6 months
- M-F, 8a-5p
- No call, no weekends
- Reason for coverage: The Medical Practice Leader retiring and need a physician to help meet patient demand until a perm physician can be hired
- Clinic setting with dedicated office space
- Average number of patients per day: 10-14
- 3 exam rooms, 2 physicians in practice
- Support staff: medical assistant, patient administrative specialist, clinic manager
- EMR: Epic, Systoc
- 90-day credentialing timeframe
- Willing to pay for full travel
REQUIREMENTS
- Board Certified Occupational Medicine - Highly Preferred
- Colorado Level II Work Comp and DOT Certified - Required
- Active CO license - Required
- BLS - Required
- COVID vaccine - Required
