Position: Certified Nurse Midwife

Position Details:

• Certified Nurse Midwife
• Start Date: September 3, 2019 – ongoing
• Details: Inpatient. Friday 7pm to Monday 7am – on call, and must be able to get to the hospital in 15 minutes when called to assist OBGYN physician with C-section
• Would be surgical assist for OB/C-section and GYN (in case any emergencies arise during the deliveries)
• The provider does not have to be on site at the hospital, but must be able to get to the hospital in 15 minutes once called in
• We anticipate a light load as our volume is low (about 500 deliveries total a year at this point)
• We don’t need every weekend filled and can work around who is available
• Support staff available -Director, Nursing oversees program
• Average Number of Admissions per shift -0-3
• Licensed in CA & DEA
• EMR: Cerner
