The Professional Opportunity:
- Practice Family Medicine in any capacity: Outpatient only, OB, ER; whatever you want
- Stability of one of the largest health systems, while working in a close knit community hospital
- No outreach, 4-day work week, 6-weeks off per year
- New 38M facility, 1:8 call, 10 primary care providers and a dozen nurse practitioners
- Full benefits, sign-on bonus of $160,000, and relocation allowance
- Average base salary for 2017 was $232,000. This practice offers a base salary of $250,000 with production on top
- Live on one of 100s and 1000s of lakes in the area where others only vacation
- Have the option of living in town, with several new neighborhoods, or buy a house on the lake
