Opportunity: Ob/Gyn - Fort Payne, Alabama
· Employment type: Employed
· OB/GYN draw are: Three counties: DeKalb, Jackson, Cherokee
· Further growth/expansion plans: Only OB/GYN provider between Gadsden, AL and Chattanooga, TN
· Practice type: Both inpatient and outpatient
· Reason for need: Two partners recently retired
· OB/GYN Competition in area: None

Clinic/Office:
· New or existing practice: Existing
· Office hours: Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
· Clinic space: 10,000 sq ft building with 8 OB/GYN exam rooms, ultrasound dept, CLIA approved lab, physician offices
· Number of Physician's employed: Two
· PA's or CRNP's employed: One CRNP
· Call Schedule: Currently 1:2
· Describe daily schedule: Physicians have some days with OB schedule only and some days with GYN schedule only
· Overseeing Mid-levels: Yes, one
· Time in the clinic versus hospital: 50/50
· Expected number of patients per day: 22-28

OB/GYN:
· Average number of deliveries per month: Hospital averages 60 per month- split between physicians covering call
· % high-risk deliveries: 20%
· % C-section per month: 18%
· Types of cases OBG performs: C-Section, Vag labor/delivery, Tubal Ligation, Newborn Circumcision, Ablation, Hysterectomy
· In-office procedures OBG performs: Pap, Endometrial biopsy, LEEP, Colposcopy, Cryo, AFFIRM testing
· Total OB/GYN physicians employed by the hospital: None

Compensation and Benefits:

· Salary: $335,000-$342,000 guaranteed (contingent upon 3 year contract with practice and hospital)
· Sign-on bonus: Yes
· Relocation: $15,000 reimbursed with receipts (contingent upon 3 year contract with practice and hospital)
· Loan repayment: $30,000/year for 3 years (contingent upon 3 year contract with practice and hospital)
· Health insurance: Employer pays 100% of premium
· Retirement plan: 401k with up to 4% employer match
· Malpractice: Employer pays 100%
· Tail coverage: No
· Paid time off: 3 weeks per calendar year
