COMPENSATION:
- Year 1, $275,000 to $300,000 Guaranteed Base Salary
- Year 2, $275,000 to $300,000 Base Salary + Percentage of Collections
- Partnership Track Option

LOCATION:
Brentwood, New York
COMPANY PROFILE:
This private ob/gyn practice opened in 1991 and currently employs 2 dedicated physicians, 3 RNs, and 3 ultrasound technologists. They are seeking to add another physician to their team due to continued growth. The practice has two convenient locations on Long Island and serves a diverse population, offering obstetrical deliveries and major surgeries primarily at one local hospital and an ambulatory surgery center, with additional privileges at other area hospitals with da Vinci robots. The hospitals have on-site maternal-fetal medicine, gyn oncology, and urogynecology. On the office side, the practice has a full complement of equipment to perform in-office hysteroscopy, as well as cosmetic vaginal surgery. The office is fully digital.
POSITION DESCRIPTION:
This is a standard ob/gyn private practice position encompassing:
- patient management
- ob/gyn procedures
- ob/gyn surgeries
- some hospital responsibilities
The typical schedule details include (on-call described below):
- office days of 9:00am to 4:00pm
- 1 day per week of hospital obligation
- 1 surgical day per month
The daily patient volume varies based upon need; physicians typically conduct 30 patient care hours per week, with all visits supported by clinical assistants.
The practice utilizes the MEDISOFT EHR and has surgical robot capabilities (please see company profile above for other details).
The on-call rotation is 1 weekend per month and 1:4 during the week - this can be accommodated as either 2 12-hour shifts or 1 24-hour shift. Physicians who wish to do additional on-call for additional compensation will be provided that opportunity.
REQUIREMENTS:
- New York medical license
- DEA
- Board Eligible or Certified, Ob/Gyn
- no experience required; new graduates are welcome to apply
