• $345,000 base salary, 300K Student loan, 50K sign-on
• $600 a night call pay if ever over 10 nights a month
• Plus productivity incentive bonus plan to make more money

• Six weeks vacation plus one week of CME time, $5,000 professional expense allowance, and more
