Northside Hospital is seeking to add an outstanding OB/GYN Physician to their well-established group in Gwinnett county Georgia. Education, Training, & Experience
- MD or DO
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB/GYN
- Active or ability to obtain an active medical license in the state of Georgia
- Works well in a team environment
- Work with an experienced team of providers: 7 Physicians, 6 Midwives, 1 NP
- 60% Obstetrics and 40% Gynecology
- High risk & acute high risk obstetrics
- Referrals from the local MFM groups
- Covers IMPACT - HIV Center
- 1st call for OB trauma (hospital is a designated Level II trauma center)
- 8-10 in-house call per month
- 12 hours
- 7am-7pm & 7pm-7am
- 1 weekend/month - Mondays off for post-call
- 1 night of call per week
- 100 deliveries per month
- Midwives cover non-emergent vaginal deliveries
- No elective terminations
- Average 25 patients per day in clinic
- Provides floor consults at Northside Gwinnett and Northside Duluth (10 miles apart)Northside is so much more than just a hospital.
