OBG; Board Certified or Board Eligible
Indian Health Services
Any state medical license
DEA required
ACLS/BLS required; may need NRP/PALS
Contract is for 6-12 months; possible options to extend
Contract starts at completion of credentialing; typical timeline is 6 weeks with physician submitting paperwork within 2-3 days of receipt.
Hours M-F, 8-430
Call option 1:3
Rate $140 all-inclusive plus malpractice covered
Must have current experience in delivering babies; last two years of case logs
