LOCUM rates:
locum assignment can start Dec. 2020 or earlier
Bill rates: 24/7 call per day = $1650.00 // Weekend call = $4500.00 // Call-in hrly = $350.00 per hour
Pay rates: 24/7 call per day = $750.00 // Weekend call = $2500.00 // Call-in hrly = $225.00 per hour
Weekend call 5 pm Fridays to 8 am Mondays

ACLS, PALS, BLS
M-F
Days assigned to clinic only
Split days between clinic and performing outpatient procedures
Join call rotation
Joint Township District Hospital in the birthing centers for deliveries
ALL procedures including C-sections required
Expansion situation - 2 MDs and 5 APPs along with adm./management staff
Salary + Benefits to be discussed with group directly

Additional benefits that may be of interest to candidates:
• Up to $300K in student loan repayment (paid in incremental $100K amounts on 5 year notes)
• Major Illness Bank – incremental accrual with each paycheck up to 80 hours each year
• $1K/month housing stipend for first 6 months
• If still in residency, can offer a residency stipend of $1K/month for 12 months


- Call schedule/rotation? - 10 days per month – Cover office-based call as well as share 1:3 call for Hospital, ED, and unassigned call
- Signing bonus? - $50K
- Relo budget? - Up to $10K in moving expenses with prior approval
- CME days and pay – Days are included in the PTO bank noted below; $5K annual CME stipend paid to physician in equal quarterly installments
- PTO – 27 days of PTO per contract year for sick, vacation, holidays and CME
- Salary – $350K guaranteed for first 2 years based on not less than 40 hours of direct patient care contact per week; at least 32 hours of scheduled patient hours; switch to RVU production model after 2 years
- RVU model? – Yes, after 2 years of employment; 3-tier model; RVUs are tracked from day 1 with progress shared with physician; can choose to switch prior to 2-year anniversary.
- Annual deliveries volume? – 2019: 316 newborns; YTD September 2020: 255 newborns
- Is there a NICU? – No NICU onsite
- Total beds at hospital? – 131 registered beds; 71 staffed beds; Includes 9 OB beds and 10 Nursery beds (registered and staffed)
