Job/Practice Description:
The practice is designated as a Center of Excellence in Minimally Invasive Gynecology and in Robotic surgery
Has one of the lowest C-Section rates (15%-18%) in the country
Provide clinical care to patients in accordance with regulations to include but not limited to obtaining patient history, ordering labs, diagnostic studies
Arrange referrals to medical specialist or other practitioners when necessary
Provide care for women during prenatal, natal and postnatal periods.
Perform C-Sections or other surgical procedures as needed to preserve patients' health and deliver babies safely
Monitor patients’ progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
Knowledge of laws to internal medicine
Coordinate with physicians and medical staff
8 24 hours shifts per month
Profile Background:
Board Eligible and Board Certified
Completion of an accredited Obstetric Residency program
Preferred: Critical Care OB Fellowship
