This large hospital system is adding a full-time employed OBGYN to their growing team. The incoming physician will have their own office with amazing support staff and will join three other employed OBs. Physicians average 150 deliveries yearly. Offer includes guarantee base salary plus earned WRVUs, a full benefits package, $50,000 sign on and $15,000 relocation support. Physicians that join this organization don't want to leave, the average stay is 15 years.
Single Specialty Group Employee, Traditional. M-F, no weekends Surgical schedule. 1:4 Call Ratio. WRVU and Quality Bonus production incentives. Loan Forgiveness possible.
