Hospital employed opportunity to join The Women's Clinic, a well-established OB/GYN practice in Berks County, serving its patients and community for over 60 years. Reading Hospital is a 700+ bed, Level II trauma center and regional referral center for cardiac, cancer, neonatology, behavioral health, and orthopedic services. Our facility, in scenic Berks County, consists of a 22-building complex located on a 36-acre suburban campus in West Reading, PA serving a population of over 400,000. Reading Hospital perennially ranks among the top four Pennsylvania hospitals in: patient admissions, surgical procedures, outpatient service emergency care volume (120,000/year) and outpatient services. Top 5% nationwide for patient safety and overall clinical performance. New five-story surgical tower will house 24 high-tech surgical suites and offer state-of-the-art clinical services including Hybrid OR's. Reproductive Endocrinology Group a highly successful IVF program since 1986 OB/GYN Residency Program (4/year) with academic affiliations with Jefferson Medical College, Pennsylvania State University College of Medicine and Drexel University.
Position:
- Ability to build an immediate and robust patient panel with OB patients (over 3500 births/year)
- Flexible schedule: 4 - 10 hour days or 5 - 8 hour days
- Collegial environment which fosters growth and specific area of interest (Urogyn, Robotics, etc)
- Ability to see 25-35 patients a day
- Call will be 1:5 / 1:6
