DESCRIPTION:

· Hospital deliveries average approx 320 a month
· 24 Hour shifts
· Level III NICU
· Must have 4 shifts a month of availability

REQUIRED:

· WA state license; active, unrestricted

· Board certified OBGYN

· Minimum 100 deliveries in the past 24 months and 12 GYN cases in past 12 months including 6 major abdominals.

· DEA

COMPENSATION:

· Competitive Market Rate (rate based on availability, experience, certifications, housing and transportation needs, etc.)

· Malpractice insurance provided
