OB/GYN Locums Job | Arizona Facility Needs Clinic and 24 Call Coverage

Details/Requirements for Assignment #73145:
--Must be Board Certified or Eligible (within 5 years of residency or fellowship training)
--Prefer someone with an active Arizona license or who qualifies for a compact license
--Start April 1 through September 30
--Could split the need between two providers
--125 deliveries in the last year
--Cover clinic during the day and on call, call is 24-hour
--Cover 15-20 days of call per month
--If a delivery or emergency comes in while working in the clinic, the clinic would be rescheduled
--Monday-Thursday, 8am-5pm and 24 call
