Solid private multi-specialty (ob/gyn, peds, IM) group with offices in northeastern , Mississippi is looking to add 2 full-scope generalists to its team of 5 ob/gyn providers and 3 ob/gyn nurse practitioners. Physicians are affiliated with 2 hospitals Gilmore/North Mississippi in Amory and Baptist Memorial/Golder Triangle in Columbus ( each physician takes call at one hospital only) both offering inhouse anesthesia as well as robotic availability and Level II and III NICUs. Typical schedule is 3 days in office, 1 day of surgery, and 1 day off per week with physicians taking equal call and NP’s taking first call (phone triage). Position offers a good mix of OB and GYN, weighted approx. 65-35% . Strong mentoring from senior providers offers good support to the new associate.
