David Ciske: OBGYN – Hospital Call – 24 Hours – SW Minneapolis, MN – $3,000/Shift
– Board Certified OBGYNs Needed!
– ASAP-Ongoing Level II nursery
– Collaborative physician group with 3 midwifes
– EMR: EPIC 24hr Call Shifts – split between inhouse/restricted call and beeper/unrestricted call shifts
– Client is first considering MN licensed and clean providers (very strict MSO)
– Will first consider providers with IMLC compact as well.
– Shift times: Either 7a-7a for unrestricted call. or 8a-8a for restricted call
– Rates (not negotiable):
– MINIMUM SKILL REQUIREMENTS: Proficient in c-sections, D&Cs, laparoscopic tubals, ectopics, etc.
– Minimum delivery volume for an active OB/GYN should be 50+ deliveries per year. They also need to be comfortable with High Risk Obstetrics.
– Privs: Temp privs can be issued for MN licensed providers with clean background.
