Job Summary: Provide quality health care to our Pediatric patients. Scope of practice ranges from newborn to adolescent care. Provider will be responsible for hospital rounds and admitting as well as provide call coverage on a scheduled, rotating basis with other pediatric medical providers in the community.
Status: Exempt Department: Administration Reports to: Chief Medical Officer
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
1. Bilingual English|Spanish preferred.
2. Good organizational skills.
3. Ability to interpret policies and procedures.
4. Good health and consistent attendance.
5. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
6. Demonstrated ability to work with applicants, patients and staff professionally, cooperatively and communicate effectively.
7. Able to work independently as well as part of a professional team.
8. Professional in appearance and demeanor.
9. Ability to work well under pressure.
10. Ability to manage several projects and meet deadlines.
11. Experience in outpatient healthcare setting preferred.
12. Excellent computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel, Healthcare practice management and electronic medical records software.)
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
1. Licensed Medical Doctor or Doctor of Osteopathy with post-graduate training or experience in Pediatrics.
2. Current OBNDD and DEA.
3. Board certification or board eligible required.
4. Clean Medical History
• Hours|Shifts Clinic hrs are Mon-Friday 8-5. Position does require 10 days of call at our local hospital and some after hr calls if necessary
• Salary Range 175-200K – negotiable based off experience
• Sign-on bonus? Yes for a permanent full time physician
• What is benefits package? We pay 90% of medical premium, 100% of dental, vision, LTD and life insurance premium. 2% match retirement contributions.
