OB/GYN Physician Needed in Northwest Indiana
Hammond, IN - Part of the Chicago Metropolitan Area

A non-profit facility and Patient Centered Medical Home (PCMH) in Hammond, IN is seeking a BC/BE OBGYN physician for a full time, permanent, and employed position. Provider will only have to see patients at only 1 Hospital.
  • Call is 1:3
  • Schedule: 3 days in the office; 1 surgery day; 1 day off
  • Provide care to under-insured and uninsured patients
  • Ability to speak Spanish a plus
