Juneau, Alaska – Alaska’s growing Capital city has over 30k residents in a larger metro of 100k residents, and stands on one of the largest wilderness areas in the US. Join an experienced physician who has developed an impressive practice and is enthusiastically seeking another physician to join him and an excellent WHNP in a practice that allows all to enjoy a great work-life balance with full-time incomes. Family and travel friendly work schedule – 12 weeks of vacation AND 3-day work week. Weekly schedule consists of 2 days in clinic and 1 day in OR. Reimbursement rates here are at 95th percentile; allowing for a perfect work-life balance with full-time pay. Practice is currently 75% GYN and 25% OB. Average of 6-12 deliveries per month. Exceptional GYN case diversity. Hospital is working to implement Robotics program. L&D has 5 LDRPs, 2 recovery rooms, dedicated private triage room, dedicated OR, central fetal heart monitoring with remote access, and exceptional nursing staff. Clinic is newly renovated with comfortable exam rooms, procedure room, and dedicated Ultrasound. In-house sonohysterograms and NST, 6 support staff who function as a great family-oriented team. Plenty of community need for additional work time if higher income is your objective two-year contract with potential to partner. Student loan forgiveness available.
