Single Specialty Group Employee, Traditional. Surgical schedule Flexible schedule. Assigned Call with 1:4 Call Ratio. $300-325K Income Guarantee. WRVU and Quality Bonus production incentives. Signing Bonus available, contact us for details. Relocation Bonus available. CME time and money available. Up to 3 weeks of PTO available. 401K. 2 YEAR SALARY GUARANTEE and PRODUCTIVITY BONUS ELIGIBLE FROM DAY 1. FULLY-EQUIPPED OFFICE-HYSTEROSCOPY,ESSURE, NST SUITE, V-SCAN. 2 ULTRASOUND SUITES and 4D LIVE, ABDOMINAL AND VAGINAL PROBES 2 GE E-6.1 in the office . MFM available ON SITE ONCE A WEEK FOR LEVEL II AND CONSULT. OWNERSHIP OPTION available .
