Lucrative OBGYN opportunity to join a Top 100 rated rural hospital 7 of the past 8 years in a top rated Upper Midwest community all backed by a $4 billion dollar health care system based out of MPLS/St. Paul. This hospital is Healthgrades top hospital for patient safety and experience. The hospital has grown 30% over the past 5 years and has very little turnover amongst their physicians and support staff. Expect to have a high amount of autonomy in this position.
$375,000 - $400,000 base salary (dependent on candidate). Up to $75,000 sign on bonus. Light 1:3 call. Robotics available. 50/50 OB and GYN - expect 100 deliveries per year (hospital averages 325). 6 weeks PTO. Outstanding work/life balance.
