Requirements:

• Board Certified (accepting truly BE within 5 years of training)
• KY license or IMLC – Highly Preferred will consider IMLC LOQ please submit in documents!
• Fellowship Trained – Must complete a residency training program approved by the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education or its equivalent in obstetrics at a minimum.
• Clean Malpractice – Highly Preferred
• Availability at time of name clear – REQUIRED
