- Willing to wait for license
- BC or BE required
- Weekdays, Days, Call, Weekend call
- TPO candidates only
- 30 - 40 patients per day in the clinic, 65 - 85 deliveries per month
- Full scope clinic/call schedule
- Credentialing needed
- DEA needed
