OB/GYN Physician Opportunity near Harrisburg, PA! $25,000 sign-on bonus

A large & well-respected clinic is seeking an OB/GYN Physician to join their established practice located 1-hour from Harrisburg, PA. Work alongside a team of physicians within a group of clinics to provide quality and honest outpatient care! $25,000 signing bonus!

SALARY: $272,500 + WRVU Bonuses

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• OB/GYN Physician assists Executive Directory and key staff in coordinating and directing patient care in the facility according to adopted policies/procedures, state and federal regulations, and accepted accreditation standards.

• RVU: $10,000 guarantee Year 1; based on production after the first year

• OB/GYN Physicianensures that the quality of patient care is in accordance with the established policies and procedures.
  

• Student loan repayment options are available via NHSC or PA State repayment program

• Mon-Fri with 1 in 4 rotated call

• The facility has on average 800-births per year.

• Weekend on-call coverage required one (1) time a month. Weekly call coverage required one (1) time a month.

• Vacation accrues; 3 weeks Year 1; 4 weeks at Year 4. Sick time accrues; 40 hours annually; 6 paid holidays + CME credit

• Supports the organization’s ideology, mission, goals, and objectives.

Minimum Qualifications (Education & Experience)

• OB/GYN Physician must have a medical degree or Doctorate in MD or DO.

• Must complete four years of graduate-level education as a resident focusing on obstetrics and gynecology (OB/GYN).

• Board-certified or board-eligible

• New graduates are encouraged to apply!

• Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) Certificate

• Active unrestricted medical license in Pennsylvania
