Excellent opportunity for a full-time Nocturnist to join our team. Our nocturnist position includes providing direct patient care on medical and oncology services overnight. Many providers appreciate these positions for the higher compensation and lighter shift load or as a gap year position prior to pursuing sub-specialty training. Full time nocturnists work 14 shifts per month (or 168 shifts annually). Each nocturnist shift is ~12.5 hours, including time for pass off to and from the day teams. Duties include a mix of cross-cover (30-45 patients) and admissions (average 3-5 admissions/night).

• Total shifts: 14 shifts per month or 168 shifts per year
• Total weekends: 18 per year
• Salary (base plus average RVU bonus): $260,000
