Perm Solutions USA has a client seeking a hospitalist to join a team as part of a dynamic and growing practice within southwestern Pennsylvania and surrounding areas.
This client would prefer a nocturnist but willing to entertain a strong day time candidate also.
-No procedures.
-Hospitalist team covers the CCU from 4p-7a. Team does admissions and cross coverage during those hours.
-The Intensivist service covers patients from 7 am till 4 pm. The Intensivist are available and come in to see CCU patients between 4 pm till 7 am if needed.
-Approximately 14-19 patients per shift.
-4 physicians work per shift.
-Schedule is flexible. It’s 16 shifts a month (13 days and 3 nights). The days are on average 10 hour shifts. Nights are from 7 pm till 7 am.
-The schedule can be 7 on 7 off if someone prefers that. Most physicians work 5 days block and then have a few days off.
-Midlevel support is available.
