Nocturnist Ballad Health – 5 on/10 off schedule!!!

Ballad Health Medical Associates is seeking a nocturnist to join our team that serves a level 1 trauma center located in Johnson City, TN. The position will be responsible for the supervision of a nurse practitioner and establishing a team based approach in caring for our patients.
  • 10 shifts per month/12 hour shifts – 5 on and 10 off schedule

  • Level 1 Trauma Center
  • Full time critical care service with in house coverage 24/7 provided by dedicated Critical Care Intensivists
  • Excellent Communication Skills required
  • Evidence-base clinical pathways to increase efficiency and improve patient care
  • Physician Extenders to assist w/ admissions, rounding and ER calls
  • Provides telemedicine coverage to outlying rural facilities
