NOCTURNIST • Full-time permanent. • BC Family Medicine, Internal Medicine or Med Ped. • Experienced Hospitalist. • Salary position. • Shift: 7 on / 7 off; will include weekends. • Hours: 10: 00 p.m. to 7: 00 a.m. • Census: Average admissions per night range from 4-8, and average cross-cover census ranges from 40-70 patients. • Have good communication to make the Clinic → Hospital → Clinic transitions smooth. • Position will include inpatient service, admissions, cross-coverage, consultations, and some ICU work. Procedures are optional. • Critical care patients are co-managed with intensivists. • Excellent benefit package.
