NOCTURNIST SOUTHERN MARYLAND

Are you seeking a NOCTURNIST OPPORTUNITY? We have a Board Certified (Internal Medicine) Nocturnist need in a Hospital located in Southern Maryland with a minimum of one year of experience as a Hospitalist or Nocturnist who can diagnose, treat and provide continuous care to hospital inpatients. As the Nocturnist in this Hospital, which is located in Southern Maryland (just over an hour outside of Washington, DC with easy access to Washington, DC; Annapolis, MD; and Richmond, VA ) your responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:

• Prescribe Medications or treatment regimens
• Admit patients
• Write discharge summaries and send them to the Primary Care Physicians
• Order or interpret results of Lab Tests and X-rays
• Referral of patients to medical specialists or other professionals as deemed appropriate
• Participate in CE activities to maintain and enhance knowledge and skills
• Attend inpatient consultations
• Supervise PA’s
• H1B VISA ACCEPTED

NOCTURNIST SCHEDULE:

• 7PM -7AM (12 hour Shifts)
• 14 Shifts per month
• 7 Nights ON and 7 Nights OFF
