Location & Lifestyle

Less than an hour away from New York City, Paterson is located in northern New Jersey in Passaic County. With a population of nearly 150,000, it is the third-largest city in New Jersey. Paterson has proudly participated in and organized events such as: Paterson Great Falls Festival, 4th of July/Independence Day, African-American, African heritage and Black History, National Night-Out - a national event that the city was proud to participate in by having block-parties throughout the many diverse neighborhoods to encourage neighbor solidarity, 9/11 Memorial Service and the annual Tree-Lighting ceremony where kids of all ages have the chance to take photos with Santa Claus and win prizes! They also proudly support and represent the many cultures within the City of Paterson; Flag-Raising ceremonies for Bangladesh, Colombia, Costa-Rica, Italy, Haiti, Palestine, Puerto Rico and Parades such as the Dominican, Turkish and Peruvian.
