We have an opportunity for an experienced Neuro-Hospitalist for a medical system Saint Paul, MN
Position Highlights:
- Neuro Hospitalist needed ASAP
- Start October and ongoing
- Unit: Neuro ICU and Neuro Stepdown
- Specialty: Neuro Hospitalist (basically handles all neuro except for stroke).
- This position does not handle admissions.
Dates:
- October 17-28
- November 23-25
- December 27-30
Schedule: 6a-6p; Friday-Thursday; 7 on/7 off
- Patient Volume: 7-15 patients per day
- 3-5 new consults per day
- EMR: Excellian (EPIC)
Daily Census for each unit:
- Neuro Stepdown Unit: 8-14 patients per day
- Neuro ICU: 10 patients/day
Requirements:
- BC-Neurology
- Neuro-Hospitalist Fellowship preferred
- 1-2 years post training experience in hospital based / inpatient work
- Active MN licensure
