A facility located an hour and 45-minutes northwest of Fort Wayne, IN is looking for a permanent Neurologist to join their team this Spring. Are you interested?
- Start Date: April - Ongoing
- Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Call: No call or weekends
- Setting: Inpatient/Outpatient, 100% adult
- Volume: 10-15 clinic patients per day, 10-12 hospital patients per month
- Procedures: EEG, EMG, Botulinum Toxin Administration
- EMR: Cerner (hospital), NextGen (clinic)
- Certifications: Active IN license, board-certified or eligible in Neurology, BLS, ACLS
- Compensation: Competitive pay in line with MGMA standards, full health/dental/vision benefits, paid malpractice, relocation assistance, 27 days off per year, 5 days of CME training per year
