Details:
- Open to locums or locums to perm
- Outpatient only, clinic, some hospital follow ups
- ASAP - ongoing
- M-F, 8 hour days
- 7 nights of call/month. This is phone call for patients the locum has seen.
- 100% adult, 100% outpatient, low % of rehab, no sleep
- At least 12 patients per day, 24 as a mx. High number of consults so the locum will mainly see just new consults first.
- Practice typically schedules 40 mins for consults, 20 mins for follow ups.
- No other neurologists will be present during locum assignment, but will have Neurology access and support from employed physicians in the Hartford and Waterbury locations.
- 0 APP support in Springfield location.
- Lab and Xray onsite.
- EMR: Epic
- No trauma designation
- EEG and EMG preferred, but not required
- Botox preferred, but not required
- Temp privs available
SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS
- Note if interested in Locums to Locums to perm - Required at time of presentation
- Board Certified Neurology - Required
- Active MA license - Required, no exceptions
- Clean background/no malpractice - Required for fast credentialing
