to join an established neuroscience team while practicing in a brand new facility in a beautiful Milwaukee suburb.

Opportunity Highlights:
- Work locations - Waukesha Memorial Hospital and Oconomowoc Memorial Hospital
- Current providers - 2 employed Neurologists plus locums’ providers to help cover inpatient and 5 APPs that support the physicians
- Very low turnover and longevity among the team
- Schedule - 7 on 7 off, 12-hour shifts, round at each hospital
- Daily census of 5-7 patients
- PTO
- 1-week CME, $5,000
- Relocation 15K
