Neurosurgeon (academic) needed close to Lexington, KY

Facility is seeking a BC/BE Neurosurgeon to join a team of two other neurosurgeons. Successful candidate would establish a clinical outpatient practice as well as provide inpatient neurosurgery consults services and ED call on a rotational basis. Call would be 10 days per month. They currently have a dedicated neuro floor that includes ICU and telemetry beds. They are a Joint Commission Certified Primary Stroke Center and have received Spine Certification. Ideal candidate would practice general neurosurgery with other fellowships as an asset. The need is now. They will welcome Residents,
Fellows and experienced applicants. The ideal candidate would participate in
the Internal Medicine and Family Medicine Residency Program by precepting the resident and students on neurosurgery rotations.

Package: Salary- MGMA Sign on Bonus- $15, 000 Relocation- $15, 000 Student Loan Repayment
