  • Schedule
    • Monday - Thursday 8a - 5pm and Friday 8a - 1p
  • Clinical Details
    • Average number of patients per day: 12-15
  • Requirements
    • Possible Procedures: Elective EMG’s, Elective Botox for migraines, see current VNS patients and Interprete/read EEG’s for the EEG tech
    • Board Certified - Required
    • OH license - Required
    • Must be able to start ASAP
  • Call
    • Call would be shared with another provider in the practice,they do not have the schedule for this- they will work this out once they know what the locum's availability is
