Desert Regional Medical Center is a 385 bed hospital and Comprehensive Stroke Center that serves a catchment area of approximately 700,000 people. We have a great need for a Movement Disorder trained Neurologist who is also willing to participate as teaching faculty for our ACGME Neurology Residency program. A fellowship trained specialist would have the opportunity to both develop a program and take an active role in the education of the residents. There is a potential to develop a robust and lucrative practice as the subspecialist would be in a clinic with multiple orthopedists and spine surgeons.
