Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center is seeking a board certified/eligible Neurologist specializing in neurophysiology and/or neuromuscular disorders for their El Paso Campus. The new physician, ranked as an Assistant or Associate Professor, will join 9 Neurologists and 5 Nurse Practitioners in a cohesive and collegial environment. This is an excellent opportunity to put your fingerprint on a developing program at TTUHSC-El Paso!
For El Pasoans, quality of life encompasses not only the tangible, such as affordable cost of housing, but also the culture shaped by 400 years of history influenced by several diverse groups. In addition to the excellent housing prices, El Pasoans are proud to share that their city has been named the safest American city (with a population over 500,000) for four years running by Congressional Quarterly. Even more impressive, it has been ranked in the top three since 1997!
El Paso offers a rich array of entertainment with museums of every kind, and music, dance, food, and cultural festivals. Several golf courses, fishing and white water rafting on the Rio Grande River, hiking, cycling, mountain biking, and bouldering offer additional local fun. The sun shines on El Paso 302 days per year leading to its moniker as the “Sun City.” Low humidity and moderate rainfall combine to create a mild year-round climate exclusive to the region.
TTUHSC is an EEO/AA/Vet/Disability Employer.
