Weatherby is currently assisting a facility in Illinois that is in need of a neurologist to assist with locum tenens coverage. They seek physician with the ability to handle stroke emergencies, be a team player, and have great follow through. The work schedule will be two weeks per month, either alternating or consecutive. You will come into hospital for all stroke alerts and be solely responsible to see all consults called between 5 p.m. and 7 a.m. You will see an average of six to eight consults and one to two phone call backs per day. The average call in to the hospital will average two times a week per night. You will also be working with neurology residents and possibly medical students.
