Coverage dates: December 19, 2019 to December 26, 2019.
Desired Schedule: 7a to 7a, 24 hour call coverage requested with 7-9 in-house hours per day.
Work-site Setting: Inpatient. Call ratio 9 hours on site and 15 hours unrestricted.
Scope of Work: Call only with 8 to 12 patients per shift.
Requirements: Must have AZ license and Arizona DEA!! Must be able to read EEG's and provide a log of 20 EEGs within the past two years (10/year). Must have proof of the following immunizations: MMR, Varicella, Tdap, TB Skin Test.
EMR/EHR system: Cerner
MDA will provide and arrange your travel arrangement, assist you with your credentialing and provide you with A ++ Professional Malpractice Insurance.
