RESPONSIBILITIES AND FACILITY DETAILS Neurology ( NEURO )

  • $211 million, State-Of-The-Art, 186-bed hospital
  • Design your own practice: Outpatient Only, Inpatient Only or a Hybrid of the two
  • Founding Member of the Louisiana Stroke Team
  • 100% Outpatient Only
    • 4.5-day work week
    • See an average of 16 patients per day
    • Clinic located in the hospital
    • All Specialties Welcome
    • NO Call Responsibility
  • Neuro Hospitalist
    • MUST be Fellowship trained in Vascular Neurology
    • 7on/7off schedule
    • Average 16-18 patients per shift
    • Expert Neurology Service Line with 24/7 Interventional Neuro Radiologist, 5 Neurosurgeons, Telemedicine and ED Stroke Team

  • Board Certification or Board Eligibility with intent to certify
