90 miles to Madison, WI
Full time, permanent opening
- 1:4 call
- 4 day work week
- 12-15 patients in clinic, 3-4 patients in hospital
- Starting new program so would have opportunity to structure program to your preference
- NCS/EMG, EEG available
- $286K salary guarantee
- $25k sign-on bonus
- Health, life, dental, malpractice, disability insurance.
- Partnership offered after first full year of employment
- 4 weeks vacation, 1 week cme
- 14 sick days per year
- $10k relocation
- $3k CME
- 14 internal medicine providers as referral base
- Production bonuses available for RVU production above 50%
35+ physician, multi-specialty group
Built-in referral base - referrals coming from 16 in-network Internists and several other Family Practice doctors
