Established Neurology group practice located in in Goodyear, AZ is seeking an additional Neurologist for market expansion and increasing patient volumes. You will join the established 14 physician group which includes Neurologists, Neuropsychologists, Pain Management, Neurorehab, and a Spine Surgeon. EEG/EMG services include equipment and technicians on site; EMG machines available for Infusion treatments. Epilepsy monitoring available. EEG, EMG, Carotid US done in house.

Clinic hours are Monday-Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 PM, seeing an estimated 20 patient clinic visits per day. Call will be 7 days per month and is shared with existing physicians; coverage only at Abrazo West Campus.

The practice has a very collegial environment which allows a provider the practice autonomy many seek. It touts an established patient base in a growing market for Neurology. The recent population growth has allowed the practice to reap the benefits of increased services and access for patients. The group provides compensation and benefits. Its reputation in the community is highly favorable and patients have become loyal to the providers and staff.

A successful candidate will be motivated, be responsive to patient needs, and have the desire to build a practice relatively quickly. Hospital rounds optional, but would also allow for additional relationship building with physicians, leadership, and patients. Our group of physicians who believe in the team-based approach to patient care, are respectful of others, and are accountable for their choices and outcomes. It is also requisite that the physician is comfortable and capable of navigating care in an electronic medical record environment. In addition, we are seeking individuals with special interest in treating all age groups including Medicare patients, palliative care, and promoting optimal health through evidence-based wellness, primary prevention, disease management, complex care management and palliative care interventions.

Candidates must be BC/BE in Neurology, ideally fellowship-trained and able to perform EEGs and EMGs. Bilingual Spanish speaking candidates are a plus. Movement disorder and Epilepsy experience a plus. Please submit your CV for immediate consideration.
