You will joing another independent neurologist to provide inpatient & consultative services with outpatient clinic.
Physician will also assist our Neurology Team in the development of a primary stroke center. St.
Elizabeth’s has an outstanding acute stroke rehab center, cardiovascular, vascular, neurosurgery, 24/7
stroke telemedicine (ED night call will be minimal). Physician will work with experienced neurology

Hospital licensed for 150 beds with 300+ active physicians including two neurosurgeons, four vascular
surgeons, physiatrist, and hospitalist program representing over 60 medical specialties.

Neuro

Salary- $315k

Commencement Bonus- $40k if contract signed within 10 business days; $30k if after 10 business days

Student Loan Forgiveness- $150k in a form of a retention bonus- $30k payable over 5 years

Annual Value Based Incentive Bonus- $30k

Relocation- $10k

Housing Bonus-$10k (If they purchase a home within 1 year, in Illinois)

NP/PA Oversight (if applicable) $8k
